Make missed appointments a thing of the past with SMS reminders

Are you running a business where appointments are at the heart of your day-to-day? Perhaps you’re a hairdresser, a consultant or work in the medical services? How can I set it up? Does it take long?

No! It’s quick and easy to set up, giving you plenty of time to crack on with your usual daily tasks. The only thing you’ll need to do to get started is to collect your subscribers’ mobile numbers; tell them why you need it and what benefit it’ll bring them and you’re more likely to get buy-in. Don’t abuse the permission they’ve given you though!

Using you can create your message (similar to how you would on your phone), personalise it with the customer’s name and booking time, and schedule your messages for now, later, tomorrow, next week etc.

Why would I do it?

Quite simply, because it’s easy and a quick way of ensuring your customers don’t forget about you and their appointments. Missed appointments cost time and money.

Will it really help?

We all lead busy lives; your customers are just as busy as you. A quick SMS message might just be that prompt they needed. They may even thank you for reminding them!
