Apologies for yet another post about Christmas – I promise this’ll be my last this season and I’ll make up for it in the New Year! Even so, we’re planning our various movements over the festive period and it’s time to relay this to the big wide world. This Friday, the 19th, we’ll be closing early to hit London town for our Christmas ‘do’ – if you’re out in London at the same time I’d steer clear of Leicester Square!
I’m afraid to say that this means that our lovely Customer Support & Service team will be closing the phone lines soon after lunch on Friday, so if you’re planning on sending any campaigns Friday afternoon or at the weekend, please make sure you’re all set up and scheduled by midday on Friday. Other than that, we’ll be manning the pumps on all normal working days over the festive period, with slightly reduced hours as follows:
Friday 19th December: 9am – 2pm
Monday 22nd December: 9am – 6pm
Tuesday 23rd December: 9am – 6pm
Wednesday 24th December: 9am – 1pm
Thursday 25th December: closed
Friday 26th December: closed
Monday 29th December: 10am – 4pm
Tuesday 30th December: 10am – 4pm
Wednesday 31st December: 10am-4pm
Thursday 1st January: closed
Friday 2nd January: 10am-4pm
Monday 5th January: normal service resumes! (9am-6pm)
Note that we’re closing early on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, so again please ensure any messages you’re scheduling for this period are set-up and tested well in advance! Also, if you’re scheduling SMS messages for the break of the New Year, note that we’re just as susceptible to delays if the networks are busy. We promise we’ll do our best to get your messages delivered to handset as quickly as possible, but please don’t expect miracles!
