Adding Notes To Lists – New Functionality

A quick tweak this week for the ‘Capture’ section. Clients with all but the smallest of accounts soon have quite a handful of lists to manage, and often (especially if the account is shared by more than one user) remembering the subtle differences between similar lists isn’t easy!

Say for example you wish to note the origin of the data in a list. When viewing your list, there’s an “Add note” option in the features pop up list on the far right: here you can enter your note, and it’ll appear on the main ‘Capture’ page whenever your list is expanded. Notes can of course be amended or erased at any time.

Recipients will never see your notes, nor is the adding of notes compulsory; they’re simply there to use if they’ll make your life easier.
