I’m afraid it really is that time of year again – the Christmas lights here in sunny Woking will be switched on by yet another unknown-to-me celebrity tomorrow evening, so we’ve been forced to turn our thoughts to Christmas. After much discussion of mulled wine, minced pies, brandy, pigs in blankets, chestnuts, chocolate and winter Pimms, we finally managed to forget about our bellies and focus on other things.
The secret santa discussion also provoked the usual blend of threats and promises, and finally the conversation turned to Christmas templates, and we can now present the results of our labour in the form of these fully compliant new designs.
In addition to the favourites from the last couple of years we’ve added a brace of new templates, and we hope that now there really is something for everyone. There’s an eCard style template, a corporate newsletter and a general fun snowman design to choose from.
Without jumping on the bandwagon the festive season is a great time to keep in touch with your valued subscriber base – they’ll be looking for offers, and with eye-catching emails like these they’re bound to remember your message and hopefully pass it on to their friends.
The key is to stay in touch and to ensure your message adds value for the reader. What can you offer? When will you be open? Will you have a sale in the New Year?
Finally, I suppose we’ll soon be called upon to break out the tinsel and decorate this new office of ours for the first time. We’ll be sure to blog some pictures when we do, but if you think you can out-do us, see if you can win our ‘most festive client’ award and send photos to our friendly support team to judge. I’m sure we’ll be able to find a suitable trophy somewhere under our Christmas tree, and if you’re not too embarrassed, your picture might even get an outing on this blog!
