If you haven’t exported data from your account in a while, there are a couple of handy features you may not be aware of which can make your life easier.
When you export data the system will automatically create a CSV file of your information for you and email you when it’s ready to download – which you can do from the home page of your account. What you can also now do is access an archive of previous exports by clicking on the ‘Export History’ sub-section of Send.
You can also include in your export that date that each subscriber was added to your list, allowing you to easily sort your lists by data in a program like Excel. To include this information just select the ‘Subscription Date’ option when choosing the data to export (after you click ‘Export Data’ in the Send section).
