With over 53% of email opens now happening on mobile devices (find out more in our 2015 email benchmark report), email is a great way to promote your mobile app and encourage installs or usage direct on a user’s device.
To make this even easier we’ve now enabled mobile deep linking support in all of Sign-Up.to’s email campaign editors.
With mobile deep linking you can use a link in your email campaign to directly launch an app and even direct users to a specific section of it, provided the app supports it. For example you can create a link to play a specific video directly in the iOS YouTube app.
Right now we’ve only enabled basic support (there’s no device detection, for example), but do let us know in the comments if you’d like to see options with this feature.
