How Joules are getting in the mood for spring with their latest email campaign

Spring has felt well and truly on its way this week, with sunny skies, warmer weather and the clocks soon to change. With that in mind, Joules’ latest email campaign caught my eye – capturing the season and their branding all within this colourful and clear email campaign.




What’s more, it also ticks several ‘good email marketing practice’ boxes, including:

  • The subject line matches the strapline of the email campaign – as soon as you open the email you seen the £20 discount that is referenced in the subject line.
  • It’s clear who sent the email and the navigation bar at the top of the campaign allows for clicks through to their website – boosting the likelihood of sales as a result of this send.
  • The calls to action are clear and visible throughout the email – each section includes a link, for example ‘shop now’ and ‘discover more’.
  • At the bottom of the email they’ve included clear instruction of how to unsubscribe and details of who sent the email – should there be any doubt. There are also social media links for further engagement with the Joules brand.
