This week, Barclays Bank and Nickelodeon have launched their own initiatives to spark the next generation of coders. Nickelodeon have enlisted the help of kids favourites, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spongebob SquarePants to get 7-11 year olds coding.

2. Starbucks helping customers re-charge

Hot on the heels of McDonalds, Starbucks are introducing wireless charging to their London stores. The wireless tech will be rolled out soon, so no excuses for not catching up on emails on your coffee break!

 

3. The Super Bowl – The Latest Today’s challenges with Content Marketing

We have more news on the hotly anticipated Super Bowl, which is just a few weeks away, taking place in Arizona. See how Facebook are looking to cash-in with targeted ads and see The Brady Bunch get a makeover, thanks to Snickers

 

4. Windows 10 bringing you back to the future

You’ve probably watched Back to the Future II with the hologram shark for Jaws 19, right? Well Windows 10 is set to get a specialized headset so holograms can be a reality. Microsoft are pretty excited about it stating the HoloLens Headset represented a ‘magical moment’.

 

5. Dad’s buggy-bear hits the jackpot

It’s been a viral sensation this week, as a Dad of three posts his kids buggy on eBay with a hilarious description.  The number of comments has rocketed and a bidding war of sorts has begun, with the bids now above £156,000.
